10. Gran Turismo 7

At one point it was starting to look as if Sony’s flagship racing series was going to skip the PlayStation 4 generation altogether. Gran Turismo Sport was fine, but it certainly lacked the essence of an actual Gran Turismo game. It was more like a starter to keep the craving of the fans for the main course, i.e, Gran Turismo 7.

Featuring over 420 cars, ranging from the humble Daihatsu Copen Active Top ‘02 to the mighty Bugatti Veyron 16.4 ’13, Gran Turismo 7 promises to be the definitive Gran Turismo experience. The game will be more realistic and will churn out the potential of PlayStation 5 but try not to expect much in terms of features, modes, and gameplay.

9. Elden Ring

The game is set to release in February, that’s when many of us will dive into the world of Elden Ring. It will be a yet another open-world games harnessing the potential of the next-gen consoles. Despite the fairly muted overworld and monotone color saturation, Elden Ring is likely to keep players hooked with its lore and gameplay. Whether or not it will live up to the hype remains to be seen, but it’s not hard to be looking forward to this collaboration between developer Hidetaka Miyazaki and legendary author George R.R. Martin. It is surely deserves to be in this list of Most Anticipated Games of 2022.

8. Starfield

Starfield, the upcoming RPG from Bethesda has kept the energy of gamers sky high lately. Being one of the most anticipated games, Starfield has got the fans excitement rolling right from the go. Starfield is sure to be a fierce competitor for the holiday season if other studios follow suit with November release dates. Those waiting for the opportunity to take to the stars with a custom-designed character and discover all the secrets this vast universe has to offer will be rewarded next November when the Starfield release date finally reaches us.

7. Hogwarts Legacy

If you have born in the 90s and grown up in 2000s, Harry Potter must have been a huge part of your life during your growing up years. Harry Potter games get a facelift and unlike the Harry Potter games, back in the early 2000s this game is an pen-world role playing game. This game offers the opportunity to transport players to the world of wizards, and by being set in the past it gives developers the freedom to build on the world of Hogwarts that so many of us know and love without needing to find ways to force in familiar characters. If Hogwarts Legacy fully embraces RPG elements of learning spells, leveling up gear, unlocking new areas, and giving you a variety of interesting and challenging enemies to go up against, this could be one of the best titles of 2022.

6. Vampire The Masquerade Swansong & Bloodhunt

The Vampire The Masquerade series will be getting two additions in 2022: Swansong and Bloodhunt. Though an early access version of Bloodhunt was released in September, the battle-royale game will be fully available on PS5 and PC in 2022. Bloodhunt is set in Prague, whereas Swansong is a narrative single-player experience set in Boston.

5. Saints Row

One of the most surprising reveals of 2021 was the Saints Row reboot. Not so much surprising that a reboot was in the pipeline — more surprising that the tone and flavor of the series have been completely revamped. A series that once prided itself on its ridiculous bad-taste humor and its unholier-than-thou cast of unrepentant career criminals has cleaned up its act — sort of.

While erstwhile fans in their thousands have booed in unison as every new detail, image, and video has been revealed, Volition has stuck to its guns regarding the reboot’s relatively sensible new direction. And those guns are not made of glass and are not full of tequila. All this controversy hasn’t done the game’s profile any harm. The idea of a Saints Row game that isn’t openly and wilfully silly is intriguing if nothing else.

4. Gotham Knights

The extension to the Batman Arkham series is all set to release in 2022. At one point the wait for the Batman spin off started feeling like never ending. Ever since, the first teaser of the game released it has been hard for people to control their excitement. After a couple of months of the release of the first teaser of the game, the makers in order give a brief overview of the game, released a demo gameplay feature all the four protagonist and some other characters, which are like to feature in the main game. Upon the release of the Court of owls trailer we have some idea about which all characters can be there in Gotham Knights. You check that out below.

2. Horizon Forbidden West

It was o mystery that, that this was set to have a sequel. 1. God of War Ragnarök

2022 is going to be a very big year for Sony. The PS5’s first year has been healthy, but year two is going to be even more important, with the platform holder no doubt wanting to wean gamers off the PS4 and get the next generation in full swing. The best way to do that is with must-have exclusive titles, and Sony has two in 2022.

God of War series has always been one of the reason for changing the perception of people when it comes to gaming. God War (2018), became the Game of the Year in 2018. Since then, people have been dying to lay their hands on its sequel. Without a shadow of any doubt, God of War Ragnarok is the Most Anticipated Game of the year.
