DESIGN:

The designs of Xbox X and Xbox S are easily distinguishable.

Xbox Series X is much larger than Series S, and Microsoft claims that Series X is 60% bigger than Series S.

Xbox Series S not only has a smaller body. It is leaner, more compact, carries a relatively smaller hard drive and since, it is the digital version, which promises to be more futuristic and thrives on online streaming, download and installation, it does not contain any optical drive. It gets a beautiful white color.

On the other hand, the Xbox Series X, is a huge console compared to its sibling, which has been given a proper cubicle box shape. The black plastic Xbox X is a more powerful console, which relies on the conventional way of playing video games, therefore, it carries an optical drive.

Although both the consoles are built on the same architecture, they have been optimized to provide different outputs.
